EIHS is a campus committed to cross-curricular project based learning. Mr. Newman teaches 9th grade World Geography and facilitates students creating projects across English, Biology, and Intro to Engineering & Design. Energy Institute HS is the only campus dedicated to teaching students an Energy curriculum, so students study the geography of the world in a way that they can discover the array of energy sources we use. Solar, wind, wave, hydro, coal, oil, natural gas, and bio-fuels are all woven into the lessons that the students explore in Mr. Newman's World Geography class.
