Welcome and thank you for considering "The Montlieu Pound and Volleyball Project". I am a K-5 Physical Education Teacher at a Title One School, with 100% of students receiving free and or reduced lunch. Unfortunately we do not have a gym and often P.E. is conducted in classrooms.
A large portion of students struggle with weight/body composition and let's be honest--when a workout isn't fun, it's hard to stick with it. The "Pound" workout is so fun, you don't even realize you are burning some serious calories. With the help of weighted drumsticks and fast-paced dance routines, the students will get fit and have a great time.
Students are excited about learning and they come to school every day with hope, expectation and enthusiasm. Your donation truly makes a difference, please provide hope for these students to achieve their best. Thank you for your support!
