At Parkside Elementary school in a small rural town, we care for and teach 250 students in grades K-2. This is a high poverty community and each member of our staff works together to create a family type of safe place and learning environment to help our students grow, as good citizens and motivated learners. We welcome our parents to volunteer and this gives our school climate a real community feeling.
