Easels are necessary in the preschool classroom. They help promote hand-eye coordination and can be used to foster social/emotional development as well as language development. Easel painting should be used daily in the preschool classroom, and this easel would allow us to create wonderful works of art and creative messes while also allowing us still use valuable floor space to store art supplies. Since we do not have a lot of space in our classroom and most spaces must serve a dual purpose, this large easel would be a perfect fit. It will also provide students with the opportunity to work together in a fun and inviting space.
