The exercise equipment I am requesting will build the foundation for the fitness room I am designing for my students. They need exposure to real word exercise and fitness equipment. I want them to have hands on experience with equipment that will help them succeed physically and athletically.
The exercise bike, dumbbells, workout bench, and resistance bands will be staple resources in their fitness routines. Some of my students have never seen this equipment! I want to teach and inspire them to use this equipment outside of school and far into their future. This equipment will not only help them succeed physically, but psychologically and emotionally as well. Students who are more active and healthy, perform better academically!
