My students are smart and in general have a love of learning. I have been a school counselor for 22 years. In the time that I have been working as a school counselor I have seen student needs change. More and more students are being diagnosed with spectrum disorders, anxiety, and ADHD. The need to teach pro-social skills is extremely important.
