Our Kindergarteners have been learning from home for the whole school year! For six students, this has made learning letter names and sounds very challenging. These Hot Dots materials offer an engaging, independent, self-correcting alternative to the screen-based platforms that we are relying on this year due to COVID-19. These materials will be sent to students needing something new to capture their attention and build their confidence. These materials present as a game and give students immediate feedback. We will all be readers before the end of the year, but first, we will learn all the letter names and sounds with our new Hot Dots Jr. materials.
