My students attend kindergarten in a public school in North Carolina. Our class is made up of a diverse group of students with a vast range of skills and abilities. Many did not attend preschool. Several are still learning to speak English. Many have had lots of learning experiences and are eager to be challenged. It is my job and privilege to inspire and motivate these young learners despite the challenges they face outside of school.
