I teach 5th grade in a classroom of 28 students. The students in my class have a thirst to learn and want to be given high expectations. My students come from a range of backgrounds, some are part of our district's more transient population, some are English language learners, and many are middle class children. The school has a thoughtful culture that addresses bullying, teaches responsibility, and seeks kindness from all its students.
