This year I will have the pleasure of serving an enthusiastic group of learners. They are a wonderful group of 4th graders to be, whom I had the privilege of working with in third grade, and now we continue on our journey for another school year. My classroom consists of 95.5% ELL students, most which either speak Spanish or a dialect as their primary language. Working in the mostly Hispanic community of MacArthur Park in Los Angeles, most of the students in my classroom come from low-income households. Despite their circumstances I am blessed to have an incredible group of students who enjoy working hard.
About my class
