My students are smart, determined, funny, and inquisitive seven and eight year olds enrolled in a New York City public school in Brooklyn. We love having fun in the classroom throughout the day. My students are more engaged, motivated, and focused when we move from text-book basics to digital videos, pictures, and articles. Students can only find a limited amount of information in books, whereas there are endless possibilities using technology.
I don't want my students to be bored of learning new things; I want them to continue to be excited about learning! Having Samsung tablets accessible on a daily basis would give my students the motivation to become better readers, writers, and life long learners.
