My students come in every day eager to learn and interact with the world around them. They learn best by experience and having physical manipulatives to use when learning. Each student has his or her own unique learning style and needs. Within my classroom, some of the best learning may occur during free time or in centers when students are learning in a smaller group setting. My classroom has students in grades Kindergarten-2nd grade who all have Individualized Education Plans.
