My class is in a portable and we have to return Chromebooks, to the Computer Lab, nightly. Unfortunately, because our Chromebooks are not in a Charging Cart/Station, we lose educationally time each morning. Not only are they not charging, but they are on a regular cart, with the possibility of dropping/damage, will transporting. Having a Chromebook Cart will provide nightly charging, protection from transporting to & from my room, as well as the education time not lost, waiting to charge. Currently, my students are using no less than 6 charging strips, located around the room. Some of my students have to sit on the floor, next to a plug, if a cord cannot reach their desk. This will give my students the opportunity to fill in gaps, with their prescribed or adaptive online programs (including Reading, Math, & Research). And should they have to take their Chromebooks home for homework, they'll be "CHARGED UP & READY FOR LEARNING!"
