Many of my students have needs in the area of academics, emotional/behavior regulation, autism, and social skills. My students are wonderful to work with, but need additional support to be successful in their school day. I work with students from kindergarten through fifth grade. Some students I see a lot throughout the day and others have learned enough skills to be successful in their classrooms most of the day.
My classroom and school have a strong sense of community and recognize the importance of working together for all students. My school has over a 90% free and reduced-price lunch rate and works with many families who have lived in the community for a very long time.
