I wanted to create a comfortable library space. This encourages my student to want to read throughout the day. Many students finish assignments earlier than others and choose not to read because they say that it is uncomfortable to do in their seat. I want to make a shorter library space, so that I am able to see all of my students at all times, and offer them some comfortable seats. I chose a couple of shorter book shelves, and a bench shelf, this will create the visual space where my students can easily find books, and I can still see them from any point in the classroom. I also chose some fun and interesting seating options for the students to be excited to go to our library space and enjoy reading time.
