As we build our new music program, our hope is to reach as many students as possible with diverse and exciting learning opportunities. With a class set of ukuleles, we will be able to reach even more students than ever. Ukuleles are the perfect instrument for students of any level. Ukuleles are inexpensive, portable, easy to pick up, and most of all, fun! Learning the ukulele in a group setting will provide students with an opportunity to develop fundamental music literacy skills, while engaging with an instrument that is truly "fun from day one." With an instrument that allows students to start playing and making music right away, students of all levels will be able to experience the thrills of performing and creating music.
