Funds to buy equipment/supplies for Healthcare, Dental, & STEM hands-on career activity stations providing a simulation of real-world careers. We will have a "Mock Dental Clinic" & "Mock Medical Clinic". Students will identify & simulate high demand, high skill, high pay careers in Hawaii. Careers in healthcare, dental, solar design, VR, cybersecurity, & construction are in demand. Students realize early their options & have a better understanding of their interests/skills. These experiences will help in high school & college/career plans. Allows students to connect to interest/skills & be able to answer the questions "Does this career challenge me?", "What is the job outlook?", "How many jobs will be available?", "What training will I need?", "Does this career provide a living wage?". Use these experiences/materials to participate in state & national HOSA & FCCLA competitions.
