Students pick up these these books as they enter class. They spend five to ten minutes a day at the beginning of class focusing on learning to make sense of the notes, rhythms, and symbols on the page.
This particular sight singing book works well with choir students at my school because the music is geared toward an older beginner or a singer who has some musical skill but not much music theory to accompany the skill.
We have torn and worn out old copies of these books, but we do not have enough of the old books to accommodate each student. We need these requested sixty copies of Successful Sight-Singing Vocal.
