Flexible seating will provide my learners with a choice. Learners will not have to sit in a hard chair all day. Being able to move and change seating throughout the day will help keep learners focused and engaged. This will help keep a positive environment and eliminate behavior issues that may arise.
Learners need to be comfortable and need a change!
Flexible seating will give learners a choice and help them start making the appropriate choices to be successful in the classroom.
The classroom does not need to be a place that is uncomfortable.
What are the flexible seating Items we are asking for?
-We would love a comfy carpet to sit on in the reading corner.
-Yoga balls with a stability rings to keep them from rolling around the classroom.
-Inflatable chairs, bean bags, stackable stools, etc.
