I am the media specialist at a Title I elementary school with a high percentage of low socioeconomic status students and a high transience rate. As the media specialist and former classroom teacher, I have a wide range of background experience that I use to help the students at my school achieve all they can. I teach and work with all the students in my school from PreK to 5th grade in many different capacities. I want all of our students to be 21st Century ready, armed with the knowledge and skills necessary to be productive members of society. My kids are excited and happy and love coming to the media center.
