After teaching K-5 Engineering for six years, I am enjoying integrating engineering and robotics into my 3rd grade classroom. The students love the hands-on application of the engineering design process and solving problems. The robotics have challenged them with text-based,C, coding. Project-based learning is a focus in the classroom from designing holders for name tags to designing playgrounds based on research and historical primary sources. We also integrate space education into the classroom, learning about physical science and life science through the space lens. Thank you for all your support.
