My students need crayons, pencils, construction paper, and other basic classroom essentials. My students will use each of these materials on a daily basis. Whether they are using their pencils and crayons to practice their coloring, writing, and drawing, the PicassoTiles for math, or their book buddy bags to store their reading books to build their reading fluency, each of these materials is an essential part of our kindergarten day.  These materials will help my students become successful readers, writers, mathematicians, and lifelong lovers of learning because they will be provided with the things they need to encourage and engage them in their learning experiences.
