My students struggle to learn and perform academic tasks and activities in the traditional format. With access to technology they will be able to engage in reading and math activities that focus on specific skill areas to strengthen their learning. iPad technology will provide an opportunity for them to demonstrate their learning through writing in their own unique way!
Many of us use our phones, tablets and computers to access the world around us. For most of my students, access to technology only occurs within the educational setting. The use of iPads installed with instructional supports will become a tool to create more authentic learning experiences and provide students with necessary twenty-first century skills. These skills will aid in these children to be successful in a quickly evolving technical world.
