Our classroom would benefit greatly from a classroom iPad. In today's society, it is imperative that children are exposed to new technology and learn 21st-century skills to be prepared for life during and after school. We are a Title I school, and service a high population of low income families.
Having access to an iPad in our classroom would give many children the opportunity to benefit from its use in a way that they otherwise might never experience. The number of educational apps that could be used daily is limitless. Our school also has many research-based reading and math programs that are compatible with iPads, and this would make accessing those resources faster and easier.
