These materials will help get us organized in the classroom and be ready to jump in fast and fun rotations through each subject.
Our centers will be easy to see and grab with the book bags, and will give us more time to learn and play instead of waiting for materials to be handed out. We do Daily 5 rotations that require quick to grab materials and easy to find books to run smoothly. Currently, due to lack of materials and a struggle to keep the room organized and put together, we are only able to compete 1 to 2 rotations a day, apart from the 4 to 5 we strive for.
The new books will let our imaginations soar and we will be able to focus our attention on what the words mean, instead of waiting for a book to be available in the room. We also get a little wiggly and the bands for our seats will help us focus so we won't have to keep asking for repeated directions.
We want to shine bright, and if the classroom is limited we will be too, so this project will change that.
