We started this school year remote and then moved to hybrid and then went back to remote. During this time I put together (several) art folders with paper for all of my students so they could do the art projects whether we are remote or hybrid. I found that using plain old manila folders worked okay enough, but despite my best efforts, papers would fall out and get lost.
I searched Amazon for something that would work for my students and I found these expandable folders and thought they were perfect!
Not only can my students decorate the outside of the folders to make it their own, which they love to do, these folders will have a dual purpose: project AND art material (paper, markers, art workbook, etc...) storage where everything they need to create art will be in one place.
I have no idea what 2021 will bring, but my hope is that this will help keep art materials organized and easily transportable, i.e. thrown in a bookbag, for all of my students.
