My students perk up when technology is incorporated into our daily schedule. All eyes are on me when I tell them that I have something really cool to show them on my phone. As soon as I place my phone under the document camera and project the image, I am met with a chorus of "What's that?" or "It's too bright, can we turn off the lights?" If we are gifted an iPad and Apple TV, the doors of technology will open up so many possibilities for my students and myself. My students will have access to numerous apps and complete projects on the iPad and have the ability to stream it to the Apple TV for the whole class to view. I will be able to teach and interact with students with the iPad in hand and not be tied to a teaching station. Thank you for taking the time to read my project and help bring innovative ways for students to learn.
