My students are second-graders living in a small, low-income, rural community in Oklahoma. Our school is one that encourages and highly values family involvement, celebrates student success, and strives to meet our students' needs. These kids have a thirst for knowledge and are curious and eager to learn, even though we may not always the materials to accommodate.
