I have been teaching for nearly 15 years. It took some doing, but in 2014 I managed to get an Advanced Placement Human Geography class up and running at West Florence High School.
Geography is more important than ever and yet it is often relegated to the back burner or totally forgotten all together. I firmly believe that in order for students to be able to compete in the modern world, a solid foundation of geographical knowledge is imperative.
My goal with Donors Choose is to provide my students with all the necessary tools and supplies to be successful.
