Aloha! My students are from a Title I high poverty area, where many of the students live in a nearby housing community. Many of my students do not have computers nor Internet access at home. Furthermore, many of my students have come from other countries with little to no English proficiency. For many of them, students are eager to learn about their environment and world around them because they only learn about current events at school. Although they may not have much, they appreciate and respect all that is offered to them and want to explore more about the world around them.
