I teach at a wonderful rural school in Southern Missouri. My students come from a farming and industrial community, that is full of hardworking parents. My students always come in excited, eager, and ready to learn. I love being able to provide them with activities that are engaging, and keep them on their toes. My profile picture is of our classroom "pizzeria," unit that we created for our fractions unit. They love having lessons that can relate to their real life. Our room can get loud, messy, and fun, but I assure you that we are learning...and learning a lot! I love being in a 3rd grade classroom. I have a wonderful team of fellow teachers that support each other. Most of the supplies that I request on Donors Choose are for our entire team, not just for me. We want to provide every student that comes into third grade, a school year of learning, exploration, discovery, and love. Thank you for caring about us!
