I teach at one of the smallest schools in my district and with that comes a teeny tiny budget. Even though we scrape for every penny we get, my fellow teachers and I are geniuses at making every dollar count. My kids would never know they attend a Title One school. My school prides itself in bringing the best education possible to our little munchkins. In my classroom, we have a blast reaching for the high standards I set for them, and sometimes that can be difficult due to many factors, and one of those major factors is the lack of funds and resources. Another factor is age. Our little school is one of the oldest in the district and with that comes old and antiquated seating, workspaces, and technology.
