I have the joy of teaching a bright, loving group of Kindergarten/TK students at Olga Reed—the only school in our little town of Los Alamos, CA. We’re a Title I school, and most of my students come from low-income families, many of them first-generation immigrants. For several, this is their very first time in school and their first steps learning English.
Our community is small but mighty, filled with hard-working parents and passionate teachers who care deeply about our kids. My students are fearless, kind, and full of curiosity. Here, even the smallest gift can spark huge, lifechanging joy—whether it’s a new book, art supplies, or hands-on learning tools that bring lessons to life.
Your support tells my students they are seen, valued, and capable of anything. With deep love, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping us dream bigger, believe in ourselves, and know that the world truly cares about us.
