My student athletes are in grades 6-8. They attend an urban school in Illinois. They are mostly minority students and over 90% low-income. As such, they rarely get opportunities to participate in sports. Many youth football programs require equipment and registration fees that our students simply cannot afford. We provide helmets, pads, and jerseys to our students 100% free of charge. This year our athletic budget was drastically slashed and we are in need of some practice equipment.
