My students make coming to work an absolute joy. They are a group bright, caring, inquisitive, motivated, energetic first graders who walk in everyday ready to learn. Some of their favorite things include literacy and math independent,small group work stations and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, math) exploration and experiments. Our classroom is where we not only learn academics, but how to be a productive, respectful member of a community, how to learn from mistakes, and how to laugh with our friends. Each and every day, my students give me hope for the future.

About my class
