The students on FRC Team 5113, The Combustible Lemons, are passionate about robotics, and spend most of their waking hours in my room. They are experienced in fields ranging from machining, to mechanical engineering, to business, to art, and more. As very intelligent high school students, they take total control of the robot's design, the team's business operations, and the safety curriculum, all things necessary to maintain a healthy, educational, and fun robotics environment. My students spend thousands of hours every year building their robot and making the best use of the limited tools they have. They dedicate their lives to robotics for 3 months out of the year, a time commitment that can sometimes be similar to a full-time job. These students deserve the best they can get, and I truly hope we can reach our goal.

About my class
