My students have another teacher who uses tables instead of individual desks and has different seating options for the kids. They all talk about how much they enjoy the vibe and that's something I'd like to recreate for them for their time in my room. I have a great bunch of kids, and want them to feel most comfortable and have the most fun in my classroom!
