I currently have eighteen students in my classroom. The majority of my students come from low-income minority homes and are considered At-Risk. Most of my students come to school excited to learn. Few of them have access to technology outside of the classroom or school, and are excited at the idea of having and using various technologies for learning in the classroom. The school makeup reflects my classroom with a majority of low-income minority students. The school is a Title 1 school, and is currently a participant in a government program that provides free breakfast and lunch to all students.
