Through the generosity of a local grant, we were able to install a coffee bar in our library. We are using this unique opportunity to entice teachers to bring their students to use the library more, as well as to encourage students to frequent the library during their lunch break. Our new addition has been tremendously popular in increasing library traffic. To complement usage of the coffee bar, we would love to create a comfortable and cozy reading nook so that teachers and students can enjoy a little quiet time with their coffee and a good book! We are so excited to have witnessed the rebirth of our school library in such a short time, and with your help, I know the reading nook will be another exciting addition.
