Our students have been diagnosed with Autism and their abilities range from moderate to severe. They are loving affectionate kids that deserve to be exposed to all the aspects of education. Some are inquisitive and eager to learn, but require alternative teaching tools. Students with Autism depend on manipulatives, tangibles,and visuals to ensure that they reach their full potential. They attend a Title 1 school in a low income area. Funds are very low and the materials are scarce.
