Hi Folks! After 20 years in the technology sector, I found my true passion of teaching children while coaching my son's Little League teams. I went back to school to get my Masters and my certification in Elementary Education, and then looked for a position where I can make a difference. I got lucky. I'm now a fourth grade teacher at a "turnaround" school in New Haven, Connecticut. It's a tough area, and although some of the kids have been through terrible circumstances that many of us can only imagine, all of the kids are capable of succeeding. It's my job to make that happen, and it WILL happen. It's going to be an incredible journey!
