My students may be small, but they are scholars. They face challenges living in poverty day after day, but they have the potential to change their world through their education. These children are just as intelligent, capable, and driven as their affluent peers, and I know that they will one day lead a transformation for themselves and their community. They will go to college, and yes, as cliche as it sounds, they will change the world.
