The majority of my students are low income in a public STEM school on the southwest side of Chicago. While working with new technology and design concepts can be a challenge, they are hungry for learning and preparing to be industry-ready.
These students come to me already talented in the traditional visual arts such as painting and drawing. In graphic design they learn how to move from a pen and paper to vector graphics.
