Our school is set in an urban environment in New Jersey with over 600 students in 1st-3rd grades. They are energetic students who strive to do their best not only inside the classroom but socially as well. They have taken to our positive behavior program quite well. They thrive on being a "STAR" (Successful/Team players/Always Respectful/Responsible) by behaving in ways that will allow them to earn superstars (prize ticket). This project will be a great new component to take our behavior program to the next level.

About my class
