I teach students in grade eight. My goal is to create a community of readers and writers, which is why I allow my students to choose what they are reading and writing, making it authentic and unique. Teachers who visit my classroom are amazed at how my students love to read. In fact, when I bought the new Vladimir Tod book, there was a stampede to check it out of my library! I hope to continue to motivate students to read and write by incorporating technology and making learning social!
