My students need activities that will motivate them to learn. Our students will use these materials to enrich the new classroom environment. All of the materials will be used during Learning Center times throughout the day as we read, write and develop strong mathematics skills. They will be able to use these materials during our whole group and small group time. Your generous donation to our project will improve our Social Emotional Learning classroom for grades 1-5 by building stronger readers, writers, and mathematicians. This will change our students' lives for the better. They will love school, their classroom and develop a feeling of success.
A group of children float in and out of a classroom, the times they stay in the room increasing and decreasing based on the day. School adjustment counselors float in and out of the room, offering a break from academics to work on emerging social and interpersonal skills. For some students, knowing how to use please and thank you can take a week of modeling and lessons By using various means of curriculum and integrated services, we help children grades 1-5 to stay on grade level while supporting other social and emotional needs to help students thrive in and out of the classroom. Our work to earn breaks, both independently and cooperatively that help them to regulate their emotions, and helps teach social skills by playing games with students and positive staff members. “Free the child’s potential, and you will transform him into the world”
