Tissues, hand sanitizer and other supplies that are usually purchased by parents are in short supply in our economically disadvantaged community. We also have little funding for paper materials for lesson preparation. If you can help us, our students will enjoy more rich and engaging teacher-created learning centers as well as blowing their noses and cleaning their hands. Our literacy centers will focus on letter work, rhyming practice, and math fact fluency. Laminated task cards and learning games will help our lowest performing students who need hands on activities. By printing and laminating reusable activities, we will have resources for many students in years to come.
