My students will learn empathy, compassion, self confidence, life-skills, responsibility, and many other things by interacting and caring for our class pets. Guinea pig bedding, food, and Timothy hay are necessities to caring for these precious animals. Pets in the classroom are invaluable to my students. Pets are extreme motivators when it comes to behavior and academics. I love to see their eyes light up when they see Bullseye and Bedhead and when they have the opportunity to read to and interact with them. Please help support my precious students as they learn these valuable life-skills by taking care of their class pets.
