After conducting beginning of the year running records and fluency for each of my scholars, I realized that I needed better resources in order to effectively help my students grow in reading levels and comprehension. I carefully chose each resource that I felt would not only assist me in small group guided reading, but would also let my scholars independently strengthen their reading skills and comprehension. My scholars will have a wide variety of opportunities to improve their reading fluency with leveled books, and practice grade level skills that will cultivate their desire for learning. Reading is the foundation to lead my students into becoming college-ready leaders!

About my class
