I am blessed to work for a wonderful elementary school. My students are lucky to go to a school where the weather is nice the majority of the school year and a place they can call home. One of the changes I have seen in my classes is the many different ethnicity's which makes teaching more enjoyable. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to learn a lot about one another.
